Preconstruction Design

Before we begin any project, a preconstruction design is required. This detailed plan may include architectural drawings, engineering plans, selections and other important details. Having a preconstruction design is important because it helps you to visualize the end result, identify potential issues, and you can make any necessary changes before construction begins. This can save you money in the long run and ensure that your project is completed successfully.

Design & Construction Estimate

We will schedule an on-site visit so we can walk through the space together and discuss your goals and what you'd like to achieve. There will be some back and forth regarding the design, budget and timing.

Once all details of the project are laid out and agreed upon, a contract will be signed. In the contract, all elements are laid out, including when your product selections will need to be selected, how much has been allocated for each item, even who our preferred vendors are.

During the Build

During the build process, we will be in constant communication with you so you always know where we are in the process of the build. This will include not only weekly meetings/phone calls, but also an end of week recap email that achknowledges what was completed this week, what is planned for next week, any issues/concerns and any items we need from you. We will also provide budget tracking so you always know how you are tracking against your budget.

Before we hand back your newly renovated space, we will have a walkthrough with you to review the final product so you can feel confident that it has been built to code and to your satisfaction.
